Spam is the advertising messages that we don't want.
 
By definition they are not requested messages.
 
The most common thing, is that the addresses of messages are stolen that are sent massive,  as the jokes and political informations that in turn are forwarded with the whole list of  e-mail directions  with others.
 
Every time that you send a mail to more addressees and that it is not important that the addresses are seen among them, usa cco (well-known as hidden copy)
Cco makes that the list doesn't appear the message.
 
 When you make a reshipment of a message take a few seconds and   erase the addresses of email of the previous message.
The e-mail that you/they request you that you forward them they are lies.
 
These mails, microsoft erases it never donates money to forward these messages.

Don't open files at least that you know about the one who you/they come
The antiviruses are always with their late bases, they are exelent but when a virus is believed it is slow 24 at 48 hours approximatly in having the cure.
