Can you
combine more than one type of file
into a PDF document, for example create
a report using charts in Excel, drawings
from Visio, and text from Word?
It´s possible and Adobe has
made it pretty quick and easy.
Adobe Acrobat 7.0 enables you to convert
several different file types and simultaneously
merge them into one PDF document.
Here's what you do:
Copy all of the files you
want converted into one folder
so they're easy to find.
Select File > Create
PDF > From Multiple Files.
Or click Create PDF, then
select From Multiple Files.
For Windows, click Browse.
For Mac OS, click Choose.
Then select one or more
files you want converted and
click Add. To select
files from another folder,
just click Browse or Choose
again.
Order the files as you want
them to appear by clicking
and dragging the icons.
Click OK to convert the
files.
Then name and save the file
when the conversion is complete.
