    You can call this numbers 50930020 or 018002154373 and one of our advisers can help you and inform you of all the benefits you will have with Levicom.
  2. When can I receive assistance from Levicom?
    The production department works 24 hrs all year. Our costumer service department works from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am a 2:00 pm.
  3. Which Edi transactions are available with Levicom?
    Purchase orders, ,sales reports, warnings of merchandise reception, returns, shipment bills
  4. How long is the information available in Internet?
    30 days if it hasn’t been consulted.
    7 days after it’s consulted.
  5. In which formats can the information be published?
    PDF, TXT EDI
  6. Can I print my own labels?
    Yes, Levicom can offer etq files for label printers Monarch, Zebra and Sato
  7. Can I receive my documents without being there?
    Yes, with our application EDC Total you can do that and it has no additional cost. You can download it from our Web page.
  8. When I give my user name and password the system sends me a message “Please call the charging and credit department (Departamento de crédito y cobranza)”
    You should call the charging and credit department because you have an overcome balance of more than 30 days.
  9. Can I change my password to access the system?
    Yes, when you are already in the system at the time you provide your account and password there’s a link to change the password.
  10. Can I receive my information in Excel?
    Yes, we can publish txt files separated by commas so it can be copied to Excel.
